Warranty Information
Linseed Oiled / ClearCare Products – Guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for a period of three years from the purchase date.
Painted / Weathered Products – Guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for a period of three years from the purchase date. The polyurethane paint is guaranteed not to blister or peel for one year from the purchase date.
Reve Products – Guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials and Reve Finish, to the original purchaser for a period of three years from the purchase date.
What is not covered?
- It is natural for Brazilian Cherry to turn a silver-grey color and therefore, graying of the Linseed Oiled or ClearCare products is not covered under our warranty. Please refer to the Care & Maintenance section on our website.
- Surface checking (small, surface cracks in the wood) is common with all outdoor wood furniture and is not covered under our warranty for Oiled, ClearCare or Painted products.
- Bleeding of the wood. During the initial two months, natural bleeding will occur on oiled and painted furniture and is not covered under our warranty. Please wet your furniture down thoroughly on a sandy or grassy area five to ten times until bleeding stops. Once it has stopped, it will never occur again.
